Privacy Policy

• Your account. Name, email address and password hash, held by Evra as the single account you use across every Evra product. Browsevra reads it; it does not own it.
• Your API keys. A SHA-256 hash and the first few characters, so you can tell keys apart in a list. The key itself is shown once, at creation, and is not recoverable afterwards — not by you and not by us.
• A usage record per request. Which endpoint you called, the HOSTNAME you pointed it at, the HTTP status, any error code, how long it took, how much browser time it used and how many bytes came back.
• A session record. When a browser opened and closed, which key started it and why it ended — this is what enforces the concurrency limit and what lets a crashed browser be cleaned up.

• The full URL. Only the hostname is recorded. The path and query string are where your customer identifiers, tokens and search terms live, and putting them in our logs would make a metering table into a copy of your traffic.
• The page, or anything from it. Screenshots, PDFs, rendered HTML and scraped values are streamed back to you and written nowhere. There is no bucket of your screenshots, so there is nothing for us to lose.
• Cookies, headers or credentials you send with a request. They are used to make that request and then discarded with the browser.

When you point Browsevra at a page, you decide what it loads. If that page contains personal data, you are the one determining why it is being collected, and you need a lawful basis for it — we are processing it on your instruction and keeping none of it.

The acceptable use section of the terms is the practical form of this: fetch what you are entitled to fetch.

We use a small number of providers to run the service: hosting and the Postgres database, the browser infrastructure that runs Chromium, and Stripe for payments through Evra. They process this data to provide their service to us and for no other purpose.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.

Usage and session records are retained while your account is open, because they are what the meter and your usage history are made of. Your plan's history window governs how far back the dashboard shows you. Close your account and they are deleted with it.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email contact@evra.pro. Because the account itself is held by Evra, a deletion request covers every Evra product rather than this one in isolation. If you are in the UK or the EU and think we have got this wrong, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
